Thank you for choosing TRUELEVEL products. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and providing professional support when needed.

Customized Products:

Due to the highly personalized nature of custom-made products, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

All custom products are manufactured according to your specific requirements and are considered final sale.

Non-Customized Products:

For non-custom products, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that:

The product remains unused and in its original condition

The product is returned with its original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us to receive return instructions.

Please note:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Return shipments must be insured to ensure safe delivery

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will proceed with the refund process.

We appreciate your understanding and will assist you throughout the return process.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

A 25% restocking fee will be deducted

If you receive a damaged product, please take photographs of the damage in the presence of the delivery courier at the time of delivery.
Photographic evidence is essential to demonstrate that the damage occurred during transportation.
Please contact us immediately and provide the photos. We will coordinate with the shipping insurance provider to assist in resolving the issue.
All shipped products are insured to ensure safe delivery and your peace of mind.
