Shipping Methods and Costs:
- Curb-side Delivery: The trucking company will unload the package at your curb or roadside. Please note this does not include moving items into your house.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary worldwide shipping for all products listed with dimensions and prices on our website.
- Made-to-Order shipping: For products requiring customization prior to shipping, please contact us to receive updated shipping terms. Note that the price may be adjusted based on changes in dimensions.
Please read each product description carefully to determine whether an item is in stock and whether the displayed price includes shipping fees.
Delivery Time:
- Large Items Over 50kg: We ship by sea. Please allow 4-9 weeks for delivery.
- Small Items Under 50kg: We ship by air. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.
Insurance: We have purchased shipping insurance for both overseas and local shipping to protect your order during transit. In the event of damage during shipping, please take photos of the damaged item upon receipt as proof of the condition. It is advisable to include the shipping company in these photos for documentation purposes. This evidence is crucial for us to assist you effectively and process any insurance claims.
Customs and Duties: International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, and duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
